Custom made motorcycle leather suits and jackets are built to one rider's measurements and one rider's design. Nothing here is cut to a stock pattern. You choose the leather, the colours, the logos, the fit and the armour, send your measurements, and the garment is made from scratch and delivered worldwide in 19 to 28 business days.

Custom builds cover one piece race suits, two piece suits, and leather motorcycle jackets for men and women — in full-grain cowhide 1.3–1.4 mm or kangaroo 0.8–0.9 mm, with CE Level 2 armour at the shoulders, elbows, knees and back.

Why Made to Measure Is a Safety Decision

Impact armour only protects the joint it sits over. In a stock suit that is slightly too large, armour migrates during a slide and can end up beside the shoulder or knee rather than on it. A suit cut to your own measurements holds every protector in position under load. That is the real argument for made to measure — comfort is the secondary benefit.

Riders who most often need custom sizing are those who fall between stock sizes, have a long or short torso relative to their height, differ significantly between chest and waist, or are women buying from ranges cut on a men's block.

Armour Fitted as Standard

Armour is KeepTech, independently tested and certified by Ricotest, European Notified Body No. 0498, Pastrengo, Italy, under EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II PPE, CE and UKCA marked. Level 2 transmits about 20 kN in the standard impact test against roughly 35 kN for Level 1.

Does made to measure cost more than standard sizing?

No. Every garment is cut to order, so a made-to-measure fit is offered at the same price and the same lead time as a standard size.

What measurements do I need to provide?

Chest, waist, hips, neck, sleeve length, torso length, inseam, thigh, height and weight. The size guide shows exactly how to take each one. If any figure is unclear, it will be checked with you before cutting.

Can you copy a design from a photo?

Yes. Send a reference image and the layout, colours and panel design can be reproduced in leather patchwork. Team logos and sponsor marks can be reproduced as custom artwork for personal use.

Can I have a custom suit made for a woman?

Yes. Suits and jackets are cut on female measurements rather than adapted from a men's pattern, which is the usual reason off-the-shelf gear fits women badly through the chest, waist and hip.

What if the fit is not right when it arrives?
