This custom motorbike suit combines full-grain cowhide, CE Level 2 armour at the shoulders, elbows, knees and back, and triple stitched seams throughout. The pictured version features a black base, bright yellow panels and white skull graphics, but your order is not limited to this appearance. Choose the leather, panel layout, personalisation and one piece or two piece configuration.

Outer Shell

• Full-grain cowhide leather, 1.3–1.4 mm, with kangaroo leather at 0.8–0.9 mm available as an upgrade
• Custom panel colours and artwork, using leather patchwork or printed detailing according to your confirmed design
• Pre-curved sleeves and legs with race-fit ergonomic panelling for a motorcycle riding position
• Triple safety stitching throughout with high-strength bonded nylon thread
• Original YKK zippers at the front, sleeve cuffs and ankles
• Kevlar stretch panels at the crotch, behind the calves and under the sleeves
• Accordion leather stretch across the lower back and above the knees to accommodate a forward racing crouch
• Reinforced leather at the shoulders, elbows, forearms, hips, knees and lower legs

Armour Specification

Armour is KeepTech, independently tested and certified by Ricotest, European Notified Body No. 0498, Pastrengo, Italy, under EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II PPE, CE and UKCA marked. The back protector and joint protectors are assessed under their respective impact protection standards. The armour is independently CE certified; the leather shell is not certified as a complete garment.

Full-grain leather will soften and mould to your body with use, but the initial fit should not cause pain or restrict essential movement.

What armour is fitted?
CE Level 2 at the back to EN 1621-2:2014 and at the shoulders, elbows and knees to EN 1621-1:2012. The supplied KeepTech armour is certified by Ricotest, Notified Body No. 0498, Italy.

What measurements do you need?
Chest, waist, hips, neck, shoulder width, sleeve length, torso length, inseam and thigh, plus height and weight. The size guide explains how to take the measurements for your custom riding suit.

Can this be made as a one piece or two piece?
Both. The pictured suit is a one piece design. A two piece version uses a full 360-degree connecting zip around the waist. Specify your preferred construction when ordering, as it cannot be converted afterwards.

Should I choose cowhide or kangaroo?
Full-grain cowhide at 1.3–1.4 mm is the standard leather. Kangaroo at 0.8–0.9 mm is available as an upgrade for riders seeking a lighter leather construction. Confirm your preferred material before production.

Can I have my name and race number?
Yes. Add your name, race number, team identity or custom text, and choose their placement. You can also change the colours and graphics shown in the pictures. Artwork and its application method are agreed before the suit is made.

Will this fit a woman rider?
Yes. Your made-to-measure suit is cut using your own measurements. A women’s version is made to female proportions rather than simply adapting the size of a men’s suit.

Can I get matching gloves and boots?
Yes. Any glove or boot can be produced in the same colourway. Specify your preferred matching gear when discussing your custom suit.

Care Instructions

• Clean the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth
• Use a suitable leather cleaner and conditioner when required
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry or bleach
• Remove internal armour and any removable lining before deep cleaning
• Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and artificial heat
• Store on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place
