What protection does this suit include?

CE Level 2 certified armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees, hips, back, and thighs. The armor is independently certified to EN 1621-1 (limbs) and EN 1621-2 (back) and tested by a European notified body.

What leather is the suit made from?

Genuine full-grain cowhide at 1.3–1.4 mm as standard, with genuine kangaroo hide at 0.8–0.9 mm available as a premium upgrade. We never use synthetic or bonded "PU" leather.

Can I customize the design, colors, or add my name and number?

Yes. While this design follows the tribute livery, you can adjust colors, add your own name, number, or sponsor logos, and choose your leather and fit. We'll send a mockup for approval.

Is it a one-piece or two-piece suit?

It can be built as either a one-piece or a two-piece suit. Two-piece versions connect with a zipper for a secure fit.

How is the suit stitched?

Triple safety stitched throughout with high-strength bonded nylon thread, reinforced at the highest-stress seams.

How long does it take to make and ship?

A custom suit takes roughly 14–21 business days to build, then ships worldwide by free DHL/FedEx Express (5–10 business days in transit depending on region).

Does it include knee sliders and a hump?

Yes. Replaceable Velcro knee sliders and an aerodynamic hump are included, along with stretch panels and original YKK zippers.

What is a MotoGP replica suit?
