Refund policy

At Bleed Racing Gears, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Because we specialize in custom-crafted and made-to-order motorcycle gear, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are custom-made to your specific measurements and design preferences.

  • Fitment Guarantee: If your custom suit does not fit due to a manufacturing error (i.e. it does not match the exact measurements you provided), we will offer a free modification or full replacement at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns on custom items personalized with specific measurements, rider names, logos, or custom color layouts, as these items cannot be restocked or resold.
  • Cancellations: Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are not accepted.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bleedracinggears.com with photos of the issue. If the error is ours, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement — whichever you prefer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized gear (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

5. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@bleedracinggears.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  • Do not send items back without receiving authorization first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/incorrect items: Bleed Racing Gears covers all return shipping costs for defective/incorrect items. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email once the return is authorized.
  • Change of mind (standard items): For standard-sized items, we accept change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window. The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: Bleed Racing Gears does not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Restocking Fee: $0.00.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages

7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a new item:

  • Return your eligible item following the process above
  • Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
