What does "bespoke" or "made-to-order" actually mean for a race suit?

It means the suit is built from scratch for you after you order — your measurements, your design, your leather. Nothing is pulled from stock. The result is a one-off suit cut to your exact body rather than fitted to a standard size.

How is the suit built to my body?

Your measurements are turned into a one-off paper pattern, the leather is hand-cut from that pattern, then assembled and triple-stitched. Because the pattern is unique to you, the fit and the armor placement are tailored rather than approximated.

How many measurements do you need for a custom suit?

A full set — chest, waist, hips, arm length, thigh, inseam, height, weight, and several more. We send a complete measurement guide after you order and help you through it, since accurate numbers are what make a bespoke suit fit right.

Is a bespoke suit really worth it over off-the-rack?

If standard sizes fit you perfectly and you like what's in stock, off-the-rack is convenient. A bespoke suit wins when you want a precise fit (which also keeps armor correctly placed) and your own design — built to you rather than to an average body.

CE Level 2 certified armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees, hips, back, and thighs — independently certified to EN 1621-1 (limbs) and EN 1621-2 (back) and tested by a European notified body, with a replaceable knee slider and aerodynamic hump included.

What leather can I choose?

Genuine full-grain cowhide at 1.3–1.4 mm as standard, or a kangaroo leather upgrade at 0.8–0.9 mm — lighter and stronger for its weight, favored at the professional level. No synthetic or "PU" leather.

Can I design the colors, livery, and logos?

Yes — fully. Your colors, name, race number, sponsor logos, and layout, by leather patch work or printing. We send a mockup for your approval before any leather is cut.

Can I order it as one-piece or two-piece?

Both. One-piece is the track standard for the most secure fit; two-piece zips together and is more practical for road riding. Your choice, built to your measurements either way.

How long does a bespoke suit take?

About 14–21 business days to build, since each is made to order, then free worldwide express shipping — roughly 5–10 business days in transit depending on your region.

What if the finished suit doesn't fit?

If it doesn't match the measurements you submitted because of a manufacturing error, we modify or replace it free under our fitment guarantee.

Can a custom suit be returned if I change my mind?

Because it's built to your measurements and design, a custom suit can't be resold, so it's returnable only if defective — covered by the fitment guarantee for any manufacturing error. This is standard for bespoke gear.
