Yes. This isn't an off-the-rack suit — it's built to the exact measurements you provide, so the fit and the armor placement are tailored to you. After ordering, we send a measurement guide and a design mockup to approve before we start.

What armor and protection does it come with?

CE Level 2 certified armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees, hips, back, and thighs — independently certified to EN 1621-1 (limbs) and EN 1621-2 (back) and tested by a European notified body. Level 2 is the higher of the two impact ratings.

What leather is used, and how thick is it?

Genuine full-grain cowhide at 1.3–1.4 mm as standard, or kangaroo hide at 0.8–0.9 mm as a premium upgrade. Kangaroo is lighter and stronger for its weight, which is why it's favored at the pro level. No synthetic or "PU" leather.

How does a custom suit like this compare to Alpinestars or Dainese?

Yes. You can keep the design as shown or customize colors, add your name and race number, and include sponsor logos. We send a mockup for approval before production so there are no surprises.

Will this suit pass track-day tech inspection?

Most track days and ride schools require a full leather one- or two-piece suit with proper armor, which this is. Requirements vary by circuit and organizer, though, so always check your specific track day's tech rules before the event — especially if they specify a particular CE garment standard.

How tight should the suit be when it arrives?

A race suit is designed to fit snugly in the riding crouch, so it can feel tight when you're standing upright — that's normal and intentional. A snug fit keeps the armor over your joints and stops the leather bunching in a slide. The leather also breaks in slightly with wear.

One-piece or two-piece — which should I choose?

Both are available. One-piece suits are the standard for track and racing because they offer the most secure fit; two-piece suits zip together and are more convenient for road riding and getting in and out. Tell us your use and we'll guide you.

Do I still need a separate back protector?

This suit includes a CE Level 2 certified back protector, so for most riders that's covered. Some racers still prefer a dedicated back protector or a chest insert for added coverage — both can be discussed when you order.

How is it stitched, and why does that matter?

Triple safety stitched throughout with high-strength bonded nylon thread, reinforced at the high-stress seams. Triple stitching matters because seams take huge stress in a slide — the extra rows keep the suit from bursting open.

How long until I get it?

Roughly 14–21 business days to build, since each suit is made to order, then free worldwide DHL/FedEx Express shipping (about 5–10 business days in transit depending on your region).

What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?
