Every jacket in our custom motorcycle leather jackets collection is made to order and built to your own measurements, colours and design. Nothing here is a fixed off-the-shelf product — you choose the leather, the layout, the armour and the finish, and the jacket is cut for your body from there. If you have never been able to find a custom biker jacket that fits properly or looks the way you picture it, this is where you start.
What you can build here
The range covers custom leather motorcycle jackets for different kinds of riding — race-style jackets with an aggressive forward cut, cleaner cafe-racer and street shapes, and more upright touring-friendly builds. Because each one is made to measure, the same design can be produced in a men's or women's fitting and sized to almost any build. You are choosing a style and a fit, then customising the details.
How to choose your custom jacket
Pick by how and where you ride rather than by looks alone:
- Track and fast road: a snug, pre-curved race cut that stays tight in the lean, with heavier stretch panels and fuller perforation for airflow
- Everyday street and commuting: a slightly relaxed cut with partial perforation, room for a base layer, and an understated design
- Touring and longer days: a more upright fit with comfortable movement and a lining you can add or remove for the season
- Show, club or team jackets: a design-led build using custom colours, embroidery and leather patchwork
Design freedom and personalisation
This is where a custom jacket earns its name. You can specify fully custom colour combinations, panel layouts and finishes, and add names, numbers or logos through custom embroidery, printing or professional leather patchwork. That makes the collection a natural home for custom embroidered motorcycle jackets, matched club or group jackets, and one-off personal designs. If you want to customize a motorcycle jacket down to the smallest panel, the design facility is built around exactly that.
Construction you can rely on
Across the range, jackets are crafted from grade-A, 100% genuine full-grain cowhide leather (1.3mm–1.4mm, never bonded or PU) for abrasion resistance, with optional kangaroo leather (0.8mm–0.9mm) for a lighter shell and Monaco leather as a further option. Shared construction features include:
- Pre-curved sleeves for the riding position
- Original YKK zippers on the front and cuffs
- Kevlar stretch panels for flexibility, with an optional Schoeller-Keprotec® upgrade
- Triple safety stitching throughout in high-strength bonded nylon thread
- A breathable 100% polyester mesh inner lining with two inside pockets
- Regular, Slim or Relaxed fit, in men's and women's builds
Armour and safety standards
The armour is where these jackets are genuinely ahead of most custom gear. Every jacket carries KeepTech protectors at the shoulders, elbows and back, and all of them are CE Level 2 — the top impact rating — rather than the Level 1 commonly fitted elsewhere. Shoulder and elbow protectors meet EN 1621-1:2012 and the back protector meets EN 1621-2:2014, both at Level 2, which transmits roughly 20 kN in testing against about 35 kN for Level 1. The armour is independently tested and certified by Ricotest (European Notified Body No. 0498, Pastrengo, Italy) under EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II PPE, CE and UKCA marked. Choose a premium ventilated set or a standard perforated ventilated set — both fully Level 2, differing only in breathability — and every insert is removable.
We keep one thing clear, exactly as our Protection & Safety page does: the armour is independently CE certified, but the leather shell is not. The shell earns its abrasion resistance from genuine cowhide — never bonded or PU — and triple stitching in high-strength bonded nylon thread; we don't badge the garment with a certification it doesn't hold. And because armour only works in position, the made-to-measure fit is what keeps each Level 2 protector where it belongs.
How made-to-order works
- Measure: take your measurements with our size guide
- Design: choose leather, colours, perforation, fit and any logos or embroidery
- Build: your jacket is cut and made to order — see How It's Made
- Delivery: made to order and delivered within 19–28 business days, with worldwide shipping
Fit is the whole point
A custom motorcycle jacket only delivers on comfort, looks and protection if the fit is right, so it is worth measuring carefully. Measure over a thin base layer, keep the tape level and don't pull it tight — chest, waist, shoulder width, sleeve length and back length are the numbers that matter most. If you are between builds or unsure which cut suits your riding, contact us before you order and we'll help you spec it. If you want a full matching outfit, these jackets can be paired with custom gloves and boots, or built as part of a two-piece set.
