Most collections give you a single product type. This one spans the whole custom leather range, so you can build a complete kit in one consistent style and finish:

• One-piece leather suits for track days and full race-position riding

Any design can be converted between a one-piece and a two-piece suit, and jackets can be matched to gloves and boots for a coordinated leather outfit.

Choosing your leather format: one-piece, two-piece or jacket

The right format depends on how you ride, not on price:

• One-piece suit — the strongest choice for pure track and race use. A single sealed shell with no waist join means nothing shifts or gaps when you are tucked in, and the fit is tighter and more aerodynamic.
• Two-piece suit — zips together for the track and separates so the jacket can be worn on its own. The most versatile option if you split time between circuit and street.
• Leather jacket — for street, commuting and touring, worn with your own trousers or matched to a set. Choose a race cut for fast road work or a relaxed cut for everyday riding.

Leather and construction

Every custom piece is built from premium grade-A, 100% genuine full-grain cowhide leather (1.3mm–1.4mm, never bonded or PU) for high abrasion resistance and long life, with optional kangaroo hide (0.8mm–0.9mm) for a lighter shell and Monaco leather as a further option. Construction is the same race-grade specification across suits and jackets:

• Pre-curved sleeves — and pre-curved legs on full suits — for a natural riding position
• Original YKK zippers at the front and cuffs, and at the ankles on suits
• Kevlar stretch material at the crotch, behind the calf and under the sleeves for unrestricted movement, with an optional Schoeller-Keprotec® upgrade
• Triple safety stitching throughout in high-strength bonded nylon thread
• Professional leather patchwork for logos and design
• Removable outer knee sliders with Velcro on full suits
• A breathable 100% polyester mesh inner lining with two inside pockets and a removable inner lining option

Armour and CE protection: every protector is Level 2

Across the range, protection comes from KeepTech armour rated CE Level 2 at every body area — the highest impact rating, not Level 1. On a full suit that means shoulder, elbow, knee and thigh protectors certified to EN 1621-1:2012, plus a back protector (KeepTech Part-269, ventilated, roughly 40 × 44 cm) certified to EN 1621-2:2014 — all Level 2. Thigh protectors are included, which most suits leave out; jackets carry Level 2 shoulder, elbow and back protectors. Level 2 transmits about 20 kN in the standard test against roughly 35 kN for Level 1, so far less force reaches you. Everything is independently tested and certified by Ricotest (European Notified Body No. 0498, Pastrengo, Italy) under EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II PPE, CE and UKCA marked, and every protector is removable. Choose a premium ventilated set or a standard perforated ventilated set — both fully Level 2, differing only in material and breathability.

We are careful to separate two things, just as our Protection & Safety page does: the armour is independently CE certified; the leather shell is not. The shell is engineered for abrasion resistance from genuine cowhide — never bonded or PU — and triple safety stitching in high-strength bonded nylon thread; we don't put a garment-level certification on it that it doesn't hold. Fit does the rest: made-to-measure sizing holds each Level 2 protector over its joint instead of letting it drift.

Fully customisable

"Bespoke" here means you specify the piece down to the panel:

• Leather: Cowhide, Kangaroo or Monaco
• Fit: Regular, Slim or Relaxed, in men's and women's builds
• Format: one-piece or two-piece conversion on any suit design
• Perforation: full, partial or selective ventilation panels
• Stretch: standard Kevlar or the Schoeller-Keprotec® upgrade
• Colour and design: unlimited combinations and panel layouts
• Logos and names: custom embroidery, name printing or leather patchwork
• Hump: small, medium or large on full suits
• Matching gear: gloves and boots available to match

Fit is the whole point

Leather only performs when it fits. A suit or jacket that is loose will flap at speed, sit uncomfortably in the riding position and let armour move out of place; one that is too tight restricts you. Made-to-measure sizing solves both. Measure over a thin base layer, keep the tape level and never pull it tight — the fit is engineered in during production, not by squeezing the numbers. The measurements that matter most are chest, waist, hips, inseam, sleeve length, shoulder width, and your height and weight.
