Every item is cut from full-grain cowhide 1.3–1.4 mm or kangaroo 0.8–0.9 mm, fitted with CE Level 2 armour, made to the rider's own measurements and delivered worldwide in 19 to 28 business days.

What's in This Collection

Armour and Leather

All suits carry CE Level 2 armour at the back (EN 1621-2:2014) and at the shoulders, elbows and knees (EN 1621-1:2012). The armour is KeepTech, independently tested and certified by Ricotest, European Notified Body No. 0498, Pastrengo, Italy, under EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II PPE, CE and UKCA marked. Level 2 transmits about 20 kN in the standard impact test against roughly 35 kN for Level 1.

Leather is full-grain cowhide, the dense outer layer of the hide that abrades slowly rather than tearing. Bonded and PU-coated leather is never used. Main seams are triple stitched with high-strength bonded nylon thread. KTM orange is reproduced as leather patchwork rather than print, so it cannot crack or peel.
