At Bleed Racing Gears, we are committed to delivering premium custom motorcycle gear to riders worldwide. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
All shipping rates are charged in your local currency and displayed at checkout.
1. Total Delivery Time (Delivered-By Estimates)
Because we specialize in custom-tailored and handcrafted racing gear, most items are produced upon order. Your total delivery time — from order to arrival — is estimated as follows:

These totals are measured in business days (Monday – Saturday) and include both production and express transit. They break down as:

Production time: Standard items 3–5 business days; Custom / Bespoke suits 14–21 business days.

Transit time: added once your order is dispatched (see Section 3).
- Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time begin processing the following business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or customs clearance.
- You will receive an email notification when your order moves from production to dispatch.
2. Shipping Origin
Please note that while our business office is in New York, all products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, via DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping factory-direct is how we deliver custom, hand-tailored quality at competitive pricing.

Total delivery estimates in Section 1 are based on standard USA & Canada transit. Some international orders, or any order delayed in customs, may take a few additional business days beyond the listed window.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our facility:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL or FedEx tracking number.
- You can track your package in real time directly on the DHL or FedEx website.
- If you have not received a tracking number within your expected production window, contact us at info@bleedracinggears.com
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Bleed Racing Gears ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.

USA: Import duties may apply depending on the declared value and current US customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. While duties are the customer's responsibility, there are no additional handling fees from us.

All Other Countries: Bleed Racing Gears is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Customs processing may add additional days to your delivery time that are beyond our control.
- For US customers, orders under $800 typically do not incur formal customs entries; however, any duty required by CBP is the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Wrong Address Policy
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Please double-check your address before completing your order — we are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at info@bleedracinggears.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with DHL/FedEx to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. Shipping availability and rates for your country are shown at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
