By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 1 — GENERAL

SECTION 2 — CUSTOM ORDERS & MEASUREMENTS

Many of our products are made-to-order and custom-tailored to your specific measurements and design preferences.

  • The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate measurements using our size guides
  • Bleed Racing Gears is not liable for fitment issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the buyer
  • We offer a Fitment Guarantee only for manufacturing errors — where the finished product does not match the measurements submitted by the customer
  • Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations will not be accepted
  • Custom items with personalized names, logos, or non-standard measurements cannot be returned unless they are defective

SECTION 3 — PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
  • We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout
  • Payment must be completed in full before production or shipment begins
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or where fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. However, the price charged to you will always be the price shown at the time you completed your purchase

SECTION 4 — SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Our products are handcrafted and shipped from our specialized manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. To ensure total transparency, the delivery timeframes displayed at checkout represent the total time required for both production handling and international transit.

Standard Items: Delivered within 8–12 business days via Standard Free Shipping (or 6–10 business days via Expedited Shipping).

Custom & Bespoke Gear: Delivered within 19–28 business days via Standard Free Shipping (or 16–26 business days via Expedited Shipping) to account for dedicated leather cutting, custom tailoring, and rigorous safety inspections.

Stated lead times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before placing your order. Key points:

  • 30-day return window for standard items in original condition
  • Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

SECTION 6 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Bleed Racing Gears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim
  • We strongly recommend all riders follow proper safety guidelines and use protective gear appropriately. Our gear is designed to assist in safety but cannot guarantee protection against all injuries

SECTION 7 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute:

  • Please contact us first at info@bleedracinggears.com — we aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through mediation before pursuing legal action
  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States
  • Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of New York

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the original property of Bleed Racing Gears. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited. Our products are original custom-designed items and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party brand or racing organization.
