Leather and Construction

Full-grain cowhide at 1.3–1.4 mm, or kangaroo at 0.8–0.9 mm as an upgrade. Split, bonded and PU-coated leather is never used. Main seams are triple stitched with high-strength bonded nylon thread. Team designs are cut and stitched from coloured hide as leather patchwork, so they cannot crack, peel or fade the way printed graphics do.
