Our one piece motorcycle leather racing suits are full race-spec suits built for track days and serious road riders, and every one is made to order in your own size. A one piece motorbike suit is the benchmark for high-speed protection: a single, sealed leather shell with no waist join to ride up or open in a slide, cut for the full racing crouch. If you spend time on track or ride hard on the road, this is the suit built for it.

One-piece or two-piece?

A one-piece suit is the stronger choice for pure track and race use — there is no join at the waist, so nothing can shift or gap when you are tucked in, and the fit is tighter and more aerodynamic. A two-piece racing suit zips together for the track and separates so the jacket can be worn on its own for street riding, which makes it more versatile day to day. If most of your miles are on circuit, choose the one-piece; if you want one outfit for both track and street, a two-piece may suit you better, and any design here can be converted to a two-piece build.

Built for the racing position

These suits are shaped for the way you actually sit on a sport bike, not for standing still:

• Pre-curved sleeves and legs that hold their shape in a forward-leaning position
• Kevlar stretch material at the crotch, behind the calf and under the sleeves for unrestricted movement
• An aerodynamic speed hump, available in small, medium or large
• Removable outer knee sliders with Velcro for track use
• An optional fully ventilated chest to keep you cool at pace

Leather and construction

Each suit is crafted from grade-A, 100% genuine full-grain cowhide leather (1.3mm–1.4mm, never bonded or PU) for serious abrasion resistance, with optional kangaroo hide (0.8mm–0.9mm) for a lighter race shell. Construction detail includes:

• Original YKK zippers at the front, cuffs and ankles
• Triple safety stitching throughout in high-strength bonded nylon thread
• Professional leather patchwork for logos and design
• A 100% polyester mesh inner lining with two inside pockets and a removable inner lining option

Armour and safety standards

These one-piece suits are protected by KeepTech armour that is CE Level 2 at every point — the highest impact rating. The set covers shoulder, elbow, knee and thigh protectors certified to EN 1621-1:2012, plus a Level 2 back protector (KeepTech Part-269, ventilated, about 40 × 44 cm) certified to EN 1621-2:2014. Thigh protectors are included as standard — a piece of protection most race suits omit. In testing, Level 2 lets through around 20 kN against roughly 35 kN for Level 1. The armour is independently tested and certified by Ricotest (European Notified Body No. 0498, Pastrengo, Italy) under EU Regulation 2016/425 as Category II PPE, CE and UKCA marked. Both the premium ventilated set and the standard perforated ventilated set are fully Level 2 — the difference is breathability, not protection — and every protector is removable.

Worth stating plainly, as our Protection & Safety page does: the armour is independently CE certified, but the leather shell is not. The shell is built for abrasion resistance from genuine cowhide — never bonded or PU — triple safety stitched with high-strength bonded nylon thread; we don't claim a garment-level certification it doesn't carry. On a race suit especially, fit is what makes armour work: a made-to-measure shell holds each Level 2 protector over its joint through hard riding and in a crash.

Made to your measurements

Every suit is cut to your own numbers and available in men's and women's fittings, in Regular, Slim or Relaxed builds. A race suit has to be snug — loose leather flaps at speed and lets armour move — so accurate measurement matters. Measure over a thin base layer, keep the tape level and don't pull it tight; chest, waist, hips, inseam, sleeve length and your height and weight are the key numbers. Our size guide covers each one.
