Are these racing suits custom or standard sizes?

Custom. Every suit is built to your measurements rather than a standard size, which gives a better fit and keeps the armor correctly positioned over your joints.

What protection do the suits include?

CE Level 2 certified armor at the shoulders, elbows, knees, hips, back, and thighs — independently certified to EN 1621-1 (limbs) and EN 1621-2 (back) and tested by a European notified body, with knee sliders and an aerodynamic hump included.

What leather are the suits made from?

Genuine full-grain cowhide at 1.3–1.4 mm as standard, or a kangaroo leather upgrade at 0.8–0.9 mm — lighter and stronger for its weight, as used at pro level. No synthetic or "PU" leather.

Should I get a one-piece or a two-piece suit?

One-piece gives the most secure, track-focused fit and is required at many circuits; two-piece zips together and is easier to get in and out of for road riding. Both are built custom.

Can I customize the design and colors?

Yes — your colors, name, number, and logos, or a fully bespoke design. We send a mockup for approval before building.

Are these suits ready for track use?

Yes — they're built for performance riding with full-grain leather, triple stitching, and CE Level 2 armor. Most track days require a full leather suit with armor, which these are; always confirm your circuit's specific tech rules.

How long does a racing suit take to arrive?

About 14–21 business days to build, since each is made to order, then free worldwide express shipping — roughly 5–10 business days in transit depending on region.

Race fit is tight and pre-curved for the riding crouch, prioritizing aerodynamics and armor placement — it feels snug standing up. Comfort fit allows a little more room for relaxed or longer riding. Custom suits can be built either way.

Are perforated suits less protective than solid leather?

Quality perforation removes very little abrasion resistance while greatly improving airflow, so a well-made perforated suit stays protective and runs cooler. The leather grade and thickness matter more than the perforation itself.
